Banner Ad Specifications
- Spotlight Rectangle: (600 x 376) pixels, file max size (2MB)
- Vertical Showcase: (438 x 1000) pixels, file max size (2MB)
Technical Requirements
- Animation: GIF animations allowed (max 3 loops, then static)
- Frame Ratee: Maximum 3 seconds per frame
- File Naming: No spaces or special characters (use underscores or hyphens)
- Landing Page: URL must be provided at time of submission
- Tracking: UTM parameters can be appended to tracking URLs
Required:
- Submit all banners in RGB color mode.
- Include a clear call-to-action (CTA) in the creative.
- Your advertisement title will be also used as alternative text for accessibility.

Technical Compliance

Scheduling & Deadlines
- Submission deadline: 48 hours before intended start date.
- Creative changes: Must be requested 5 days before renewal.
- Peak seasons: Book at least 2 weeks in advance for holiday periods.
Payment Terms
- 100% payment required before ad launch.
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, CCP, Bank transfer, Baridimob / Edahabia.
- Invoices provided upon request.
- No refunds for partial months served.

Terms & Conditions
Liability: We are not responsible for advertiser’s website content, products, or services. We guarantee ad impressions/placement but not specific business results.
Cancellation: Ads may be canceled with 7 days written notice. Unused portion refunded (minus 10% processing fee).
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to reject any ad that conflicts with our values, competes directly with our content, or violates these policies.
